The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. La Credenza - San Maurizio Canavese (TO)











La Credenza, a Michelin-starred restaurant in San Maurizio Canavese, presents itself on the outside with the simple elegance of its beautiful solid wood front door with glass-fusion sculpture by Elio Garis, a contemporary artist from Vigone, surmounted by the hand-painted sign and decorated with two potted plants.

Amusing and original is the pan hanging to the side, in which the bell has been inserted in the center.


The interiors are strikingly scenic in their choice of materials and combinations, such as the iron floors of the first dining room, introduced by a wooden wave sculpture that serves as a room divider.


In more than 30 years of business, Giovanni Grasso and Igor Macchia have led La Credenza Restaurant to the top echelons of haute cuisine.

Today, Credenza Group is a brand of excellence and a driving force, present at the ATP Finals in Turin, under whose aegis such prestigious complementary realities as Casa Format, SP 143 and Fiorfood were born.

The gastronomic proposals of Giovanni Grasso and Igor Macchia are the representation of a high-class cuisine, in perfect balance between pleasure and innovation and capable of generating emotions: each presentation is meticulously cared for and all flavors are always enhanced by impeccable cooking and a wise and perfectly balanced choice of ingredients and combinations.
