The new venue with which Gianni D'Amato actually returns to his homeland is located in an enchanted corner on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. The equipment unfolds on two delightful terraces, both with views and graced by the unmistakable taste of Fulvia Salvarani, the chef's wife and exquisite hostess. An indoor dining room is used in the cold season. The D'Amato Family, Gianni, Federico and Fulvia, represents for us a true institution of Haute Cuisine, to which we feel bound by a relationship that borders on affection. Casa Buono is the little gastronomic gem of Antonio Buono, for 6 years Sous-Chef of Mauro Colagrego at Mirazur in Menton, and his wife Valentina. The restaurant is located 10 minutes by car from Ventimiglia, on the Colle di Tenda state road, in a strategic position near the freeway junctions of western Liguria and the French Riviera.
