The Locanda La Clusaz is located in Valle d'Aosta, in Gignod, on the state road that leads from Aosta to the Gran San Bernardo Tunnel, easily accessible from the freeway network. A whole year of closure during the pandemic had displaced its most loyal customers, us first, but today La Clusaz is back in operation with the management of the former resident Chefs Piergiorgio Pellerei and Thierry Buillet. The two rooms of the restaurant are scenographically set in environments full of history, under the spectacular stone vaults lit by soft warm and atmospheric lights.
