Li Jalantuùmene - Monte Sant'Angelo (FG)

Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. The external walls with portions of light stone and the clean lines of the building integrate perfectly with the surrounding whiteness of the Junno district. The name of the restaurant, which in dialect means "The Gentlemen", is a true declaration of intent: to recall the elegance, honesty and elegance of times gone by, applying them to hospitality and service. Once you cross the threshold, the restaurant reveals its nature as a "home" characterized by a romantic and intimate atmosphere. Gegè Mangano is undoubtedly one of the most representative and charismatic chefs of Puglia, considered a true gastronomic ambassador of the Gargano. Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation.
Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists.
The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. The dining area is divided into a long, rectangular-shaped room, which is followed by a smaller, more intimate room. The look is modern and informal, with the predominance of light colors and blazing lights.
With the Bino Restaurant, Chef Giuseppe Ricchebuono has also confirmed his entrepreneurial foresight, enhancing the Savona Ceramics Museum through a prestigious business, which in turn gains appeal from the location as well as from the excellent contemporary cuisine. Superior raw materials form the basis of a gastronomic proposal closely linked to Ligurian tradition.
Since our first visit, which we made in 2022, the Resident Chef and wait staff have changed, but not the formula of modern and absolutely no-waste cuisine, with the offer of suggestions that make each dish interesting. The Cantina deserves applause for the quality of the selection and the many goodies it offers.
