The new venue with which Gianni D'Amato actually returns to his homeland is located in an enchanted corner on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. The equipment unfolds on two delightful terraces, both with views and graced by the unmistakable taste of Fulvia Salvarani, the chef's wife and exquisite hostess. An indoor dining room is used in the cold season. The D'Amato Family, Gianni, Federico and Fulvia, represents for us a true institution of Haute Cuisine, to which we feel bound by a relationship that borders on affection. A family that seemed to be kissed by good fortune and radiant success and in an instant, with the earthquake, found itself catapulted into an undeserved hell.
