Nathan, Osteria di Mare - Giovinazzo (BA)

Image
Nathan, Osteria di Mare is located on the Marina Italiana promenade of Giovinazzo, in a privileged position with a panoramic view up to the characteristic small port of the ancient village of Giovinazzo. The exteriors evoke the essentiality and charm of spontaneous maritime architecture, almost reminiscent of the bow of a small boat. The two dining rooms stand out for a concept that combines the simplicity of the ancient coastal taverns with a sober, fresh and contemporary elegance Francesco Caricola's cuisine is a true tribute to the purity of the Adriatic fish heritage, expressed through a wise and rigorous culinary philosophy, aimed at the absolute exaltation of the raw material. The dishes we tasted celebrate the millimetric freshness of the catch through raw products that are exceptional in terms of consistency and cleanliness on the palate, accompanied by essential and calibrated cooking methods, designed to reveal the authentic taste of the sea without ever...

Osteria del Porto - Savelletri (BR)

Image
Osteria del Porto is based in Savelletri di Fasano. Here for over 25 years Maria Di Bari and Mimmo Rivizzigno have been offering authentic seafood cuisine linked to the territory, served in a family atmosphere overlooking the marina. At the Osteria del Porto we had a nice experience of fish cuisine in a simple and informal environment. Here we play it safe with crudités and fried foods, with succulently seasoned pastas and with the catch of the day cooked on the grill. You will be looked after with care and attention, which is not at all a given since the place is always, constantly crowded. The location in front of the marina is pleasantly pleasant. Marco Polo - Ventimiglia (IM)

Image
The Marco Polo restaurant, run for three generations by the Pani family, is located in a beautiful seafront position on the Ventimiglia promenade. The place is unmistakable: a building entirely made of wood, like a chalet, which stands out among the other signs of the beach establishments. The interiors are also completely made of wood: the overall atmosphere, warm and welcoming, may initially amaze with its originality in the context. The entrance precedes the two dining rooms. The main one has a rectangular plan, well-spaced tables and overlooks the private beach through large windows and a French door. In the kitchen there is Diego Pani, a young and concrete chef. Among his experiences, the kitchens of Vittorio Beltramelli, Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy and three years at Louis XV in Monte Carlo together with Alain Ducasse. Marina Pani, sister of the Chef, and Sommelier Mattia Cavalli take care of the service in the room, which is precise, impeccable and extremely atte...

Civico15 - Canelli (AT)

Image
The Civico15 restaurant, Enoteca Gastronomica is located in a panoramic position on the Canelli hill, overlooking its dehors on a quiet, well-redeveloped square. The place was originally a stable of the Gancia Castle, then a warehouse: the hand of Max, an appreciated architect, transformed it into an extremely welcoming wedding favor, full of personality. It is led by Max D'Assaro, architect, and Manuela Scavino, he in the dining room and she in the kitchen: with the contribution of mother Giusy and sister Ilaria, they create a family environment which is reflected in an absolutely friendly welcome full of attention. The interiors are characterized by beautiful majolica floors, wood paneling followed by brick walls and vaulted ceilings, designer tables and chairs, all different from each other. At Civico15 you can enjoy a tantalizing gastronomic experience, in a particularly pleasant environment, which fits the definition of a new generation chic bistro. Thanks...

The interiors consist of a single room with a rectangular plan, with a few well-laid and sufficiently spaced tables for a total of around thirty seats. La Cicala is an address of excellent cuisine that stands out for the quality and care of the preparations and for a cordial and familiar welcome. You eat well, thanks to a cuisine strongly linked to the territory, made of carefully selected fresh seasonal ingredients. A cuisine mainly based on fish, which however does not disdain some carefully prepared meat dishes. Do you want to post your comment? Make yourself the Critic on the Blog! Post your comment:

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Image
The Campiello Restaurant with its modern hotel is strategically located 10 minutes from the Lombard Cividale del Friuli, the historic Rosazzo Abbey in the Colli Orientali del Friuli and the prestigious Collio wine-growing area. The dining room is angular in shape, a detail that makes it appear to be divided into several small rooms that are gathered together. The ambiance is warm and pleasant, enhanced by wall paneling and objets d'art, and enhanced by soothing lighting, with marble floors alternating with parquet portions, light-colored walls, and large tables. The Campiello represents one of the best addresses in the entire Friulian restaurant scene, and should be specifically noted for its superlative seafood cuisine, which is complemented by some perfect land preparations typical of the tradition. Image
Maison Capriccioli is the new fine dining seafood concept conceived by star chef Christian Mandura, with emerging virtuoso Andrea Turchi at the helm of the kitchen. Born from the ashes of a pre-existing seafood restaurant, it represents the address of the moment in the Savoy capital. The goal is to offer Turin a great seafood restaurant with contemporary connotations, one that makes one perceive elegance and opulence right from the mise en place. The décor is classic and tasteful, with large, well-spaced tables and rich table linens that go all the way down to the floor. At Maison Capriccioli, we experienced a gastronomic journey of extreme elegance and refinement, designed specifically to gratify the guest without forcing him or her to sit at the table with excessively long paths. A philosophy that represents a new frontier, one that can be widely shared. The menu proposal is expressed in a few dishes of memorable execution. Andrea Turchi's hand impresses with the ...
