The Acquada restaurant is centrally located in Milan, in the premises previously occupied by Tano Passami L'Olio. Its name, which in Lombard dialect means "downpour", was chosen to symbolize a starting point, which distracts from the past and allows the birth of something new, exactly what happens after a downpour. The restaurant's new interior has been revamped with light colors and new flooring. Photographic artwork on the walls features reflections of buildings in puddles. Sara for us is not only a first class chef but also a very sensitive young woman who knows how to transmit so much warmth and humanity. A tasting at Acquada means a journey of great class among flavors in which creativity and measure, innovation and tradition are present in perfect balance.
