Brace di Mehdi - S. Secondo di Pinerolo (TO)

Image
Mehdi's Brace restaurant is based in San Secondo di Pinerolo in an inn originally of Piedmontese tradition. In 2019, the baton passed to the new chef patron, the young Mehdi El Omari, who has rethought the entire space and the gastronomic offerings, letting himself be guided by a marked creativity in an ethnic key. The exterior looks like a pleasant modern cottage nestled in the countryside. The square-plan dining room is very bright thanks to the large windows that open to the garden. Mehdi's Brace, set in the beautiful surroundings of Casapautasso, is a modern Brasserie enriched by a whimsical, fun and intriguing ethnic cuisine, full of curious insights, the result not only of the Chef's Moroccan origins but also of his tireless search for cues from other cultures. The quality of the raw material and the technique of execution are impeccable. Do you want to post your comment? Make yourself the Critic on the Blog! Post your comment:

Mehdi in Casapautasso offers imaginative and entertaining gastronomic cuisine, full of curious insights and seasoned with a hint of ethnicity as a result of the Chef's Moroccan origins. Impeccable technique and brilliant creative imagination guarantee an engaging and original tasting experience, which we recommend closing with the ritual of Moroccan Tea served scenographically in the dining room. The drinking is very good, thanks to a well-stocked and dynamic Cellar, with a really wide selection of labels served by the glass. Do you want to post your comment? Make yo...
