La Cucina Restaurant belongs to Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & SPA. The location, at 850 meters above sea level with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano, is exceptional. To reach the restaurant rooms, one passes through the Hotel's common areas. Beyond the crystal compass, the vast lobby, which combines fine woods, stone and textiles, is undoubtedly aesthetically striking. La Cucina del Kurhaus Restaurant is a refined and complete hotel cuisine, using high quality raw materials in an exceptional setting. Very interesting is the possibility of composing a completely vegan or vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free meal from the menu. The Brieis Alpine Relais Restaurant is located in the complex of the same name, which is the result of the magnificent conservative restoration of an entire abandoned mountain hamlet.
