The Locanda del Centro in Castiglione Falletto is the "dream in the Langhe" created by Davide Aviano, competitor of Masterchef, with his wife Annalisa. The interiors are very pleasant, tastefully modernized leaving intact some characteristic elements of the old inn, first of all the beautiful solid wood floor. The Chef has rightly set his menu on traditional dishes revisited with a contemporary taste, lightening where necessary and inserting a pinch of innovation where allowed, always with taste and sobriety supported by solid technique.
