Convivium

The Cornoler restaurant is located in Turin, overlooking a quiet semi-central street with a small terrace. Its name in Friulian dialect means "Corniolo", a typical tree of the region, whose fruits are perfect for conservation (under grappa, of course!) and whose wood (the hardest in Europe) is a symbol of the Friulians' character, which one must know how to take the right way. The restaurant is divided into two small, very welcoming rooms, with a bar corner at the entrance. Cornoler is a restaurant with unique characteristics in the Turin catering scene: in a small family restaurant with the quality of a large restaurant, you can taste authentic Friulian cuisine. A selection of a few well-finished dishes, simplicity of combinations and maximum attention to the product characterize a kitchen of excellent impact, with the gem of some preparation under the lamp.
