Principe di Belludia - Noto (SR)

Image
Il Principe di Belludia is the fine dining restaurant of the magnificent Sicilian luxury resort Il San Corrado di Noto, a Relais & Châteaux luxury property that lemilleUnanotte has written extensively about. To reach the dining room, you pass through some of the resort's common areas, and once inside, you pass by the picturesque Cantina, which can be seen through the large windows. Martin Lazarov's cuisine is a constant quest for perfection, calibrating flavors, aromas, textures and quantities with an innate sense of harmony. The cuisine is cleverly set on a balanced blend of Piedmontese tradition (large space for tajarin, plin, mushrooms and truffles) and international proposals, complemented by fish dishes: exactly what the cosmopolitan clientele of a refined hotel and as prestigiou...
