Giuseppe Oliveri and Umberto Speziale's Shoro Italian Sushi Experience is an original "Italian Sushi" (in the sense that it features admixtures with some typical regional ingredients and sauces) restaurant located in Poirino, in the province of Turin. The Japanese term Shoro means the bell tower of a Buddhist temple. The exterior equipped with a convenient parking lot is adorned with a Japanese maple tree. Shoro's interiors, inspired by oriental atmospheres, are bright and relaxing, with neutral colors and natural materials-the perfect setting for a sensory journey to discover a Japanese cuisine that is at times "alternative." Shoro, with its appealing ethnic formula and pleasant setting, is a "sushi" alternative with character, which even in the presence of an "all you can eat" offering reserves a keen eye for quality. Shoro, con la sua formula etnica d’appeal e la sua gradevole ambientazione, è una alternativa “sushi” di carattere, che anche in presenza di un’offerta “all you can eat” riserva un occhio bene attento alla qualità. Qui troverete sì il Sushi, ma talvolta insolito (anche di carne), armonioso e rivisitato anche con ingredienti italiani ben assortiti. Dulcis in fundo, assaporerete dei dessert assolutamente personali, che permettono di chiudere davvero in bellezza. The Japanese term Shoro means the bell tower of a Buddhist temple. Shoro's interiors, inspired by oriental atmospheres, are bright and relaxing, with neutral colors and natural materials-the perfect setting for a sensory journey to discover "gourmet" sushi. Shoro, with its truly alternative ethnic formula and undoubted appeal, starting with the pleasant setting, was a very pleasant discovery for us. Here you will find Sushi yes, but unusual (including meat), harmonious and revisited also with Italian ingredients, all of superior quality. Dulcis in fundo, you will taste absolutely personal desserts, which allow you to really close on a high note.
