L'Argaj - Castiglione Falletto (CN)
L'Argaj (which in Piedmontese means "pleasure, satisfaction") is found in the middle of the Langa in Castiglione Falletto. Andrea Scarzello, an emerging young Chef with a wealth of important experiences, leads him on his own in 2015, together with his partner Valentina: the first at Villa Tiboldi, then, for three years, in the kitchens of Piazza Duomo with Enrico Crippa.
