Arnaud Dubern's Agri Fabi Farmhouse is located in the open countryside not far from Fossano, surrounded by orchards. The restaurant is part of the Tenuta di Santo Stefano Agri Resort & SPA, a modern and well-maintained 100% green complex, under the banner of sustainability and direct contact with nature. The interior of the restaurant consists of one very pleasant, tastefully furnished square room. Agriturimo Agri Fabi offers a refined cuisine in an extremely pleasant environment, with a family but tone service, operated in the first person by the owners. Chef Davide Greggio has a nice hand, clear ideas and a lot of good taste in the combinations, choosing raw materials of the highest quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the sharpness of the flavors and the caratness of all the dishes, which - a detail to highlight - always come out hot from the kitchen. We also liked the chef's habit of presenting his dishes in first person at the table. ...
