Raffaleo, a "haute cuisine wine bar", is located in the center of Turin, in the so-called Quadrilatero Romano. The father of the project is Gerri Sottile, a restaurant manager with 30 years of experience and co-founder of a group of successful restaurants in Asia based in Singapore. Scrap, real food, live wine, is the modern osteria just opened in Savona, on the Darsena, by Chef Giacomo Faziola and his partner Caterina Panerati. The eatery, which is also a trendy Vineria, overlooks a pedestrian plaza with its dehors.
