Raffaleo, a "haute cuisine wine bar", is located in the center of Turin, in the so-called Quadrilatero Romano. The father of the project is Gerri Sottile, a restaurant manager with 30 years of experience and co-founder of a group of successful restaurants in Asia based in Singapore. The restaurant consists of three small rooms, one of which has a window overlooking the kitchen. Scrap - Savona

Scrap, real food, live wine, is the modern osteria just opened in Savona, on the Darsena, by Chef Giacomo Faziola and his partner Caterina Panerati. The eatery, which is also a trendy Vineria, overlooks a pedestrian plaza with its dehors. The place has been very well renovated, making extensive use of noble materials such as wood and corten steel. Parquet floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed brick, wooden tables served by Emu iron chairs, and lighting entrusted to arm sconces equipped with LED lamps are the furnishing elements that characterize Scrap.
