La Madia Restaurant is located in Turin's pre-hill area, a short distance from downtown. Stepping through the entrance, here is the only small room with slate tile floors, gray walls with matching soundproof panels hanging like pictures, transparent Ghost chairs by Kartell. There is also a bar area at the kitchen. At La Madia restaurant, we experienced curated, quality cuisine, tradition with a hint of innovation, the work of an up-and-coming Albanian chef who amazed us, as did some of her countrymen, with a particularly happy hand. A woman Chef who stands out for precision and attention to detail, clear ideas, elegance and decisiveness. The venue is modern and intimate, the service professional and polite.
