Ristorante Luna is a typical Langhe trattoria taken over by partners Mirco Mollo and Maurizio Pagliarino, both of whom have previous level experience in the restaurant business. The interior features a crackling fireplace in winter and rustic furnishings. Most of the place settings are in the very spacious lounge overlooking the beautiful garden. The equipment includes light-colored table linens with contrasting gray napkins, WMF cutlery, Abert meat knives, and the right wine glasses. In the evening, a led lamp at each table completes the mise en place.
