Locanda dell'Olmo is located in the small village of Bosco Marengo, in the central square, adorned by a fountain. Crossing the threshold, you enter a first room with a bar. Just beyond is the main dining room. The ambiance is rustic, neat, and pleasant, with terracotta tile floors, a few well-spaced tables, and traditional wooden chairs with upholstered seats. The lighting is provided by chandeliers and wall sconces; in a corner at the back of the room, an arte povera sideboard stands out.
