The large solid-wood portal facing the main street is framed by exposed brickwork. Already upon entering you will be struck by the elegant and atmospheric interior, with polished grit floors and vaulted brick ceilings. The first room, soon to be transformed into a cozy living room, serves as an antechamber from which to watch the kitchen at work. At the back stands a magnificent Austrian imperial sideboard from the late 1700s. The new dining room is a vast, bright veranda played on the contrast between light tones and the wooden coffered ceiling. Niches with natural lichens stand out there. When we talk about Ca' Vittoria, one cannot help but recall a past of three generations united by the same passion and the sole desire to approach perfection. Il Moncalvo Restaurant is located in the historic center of Acqui Terme between the striking Romanesque walls of Santa Maria Abbey. The interior of the restaurant is very classic, warm and cozy, tastefully furnished. The restaurant consists of two air-conditioned dining rooms, the second of which houses a selection of the 400 labels on the menu on the back wall. I Due Buoi Restaurant has recently moved to the splendid new location of Villa Guazzo Candiani in Olivola, in the Monferrato area of Alessandria, leaving the Bistrot Cavour to continue the in-house catering services offered by the Hotel Alli du Buoi Rossi in Alessandria.
