Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. Ant - Novello (CN)

The Ant restaurant, located in Novello, three kilometers from Barolo, was born from the careful restoration of Cascina Gavetta, creating two apartments and a small restaurant in the historic center.
Ant means "graft" in the Piedmontese dialect and perfectly sums up the project's philosophy of incorporating local products into creative international cuisine.
Inside, the restaurant is very atmospheric: stone walls, low lighting, a few well-spaced wooden tables, one in front of the open kitchen, rock music in the background.
Ant's is a fusion cuisine born from the desire to offer something new and unusual in a territory that has always been tied to tradition.
The enthusiasm of an American chef and the passion of his Piedmontese partner have created a gastronomic blend of remarkable sensory, playful and textural impact that knows how to evoke emotions and memories with technique and creativity.
At the heart of Alex Lincoln's cuisine is a constant contamination of local dishes and spices; flavors and ingredients from all over the world, with a marked preference for the Orient, chase each other, mixing and overlapping in a kaleidoscope of tastes and smells.
You will be entertained, both by the originality of the tasting surprises (perhaps you will try to recognize the ingredients of the dishes before they reveal them to you as you clear the table), and by personally choosing your favorite bottle in the cantina.
And you will leave with a curiosity to find out what awaits you on your next visit. ....
