Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. The dining area is divided into a long, rectangular-shaped room, which is followed by a smaller, more intimate room. Osteria La Rosa Rossa - Cherasco (CN)











Osteria La Rosa Rossa is located in the center of Cherasco, in a quiet pedestrian street paved with porphyry.


The atmosphere of the interior is that of a typical old Osteria, with furnishings that have remained unchanged over time, the characteristic grit floors and the wooden bumpers on the walls.

The intelligent and imaginative use of wooden wine boxes as furnishing accessories gives the rooms a fresh note of originality.


How much we love this formula of traditional Osteria with a proposal of both classic and free-hand cuisine!
Both interpretations are of the highest level, for the superb quality of the raw materials, the cooking technique and the wisdom of the combinations.

At La Rosa Rossa you enter an Osteria almost of another era, then you decide whether to taste the great classics of tradition (knife strokes, tajarin, snails and braised meats) performed in a masterful way or enjoy a modern and original (but beware: not brainless) path conceived by a young and motivated Chef.

Luca Castagno rightly states that there is nothing more to invent in the kitchen, but the fact remains that taste and personality make all the difference.

The drinks are divine, with a proposal also by the glass and with Coravin, thanks to the competence and professionalism of Raquel Racca, the perfect hostess.
