Il Gallo della Checca - Ranzo (IM)

Il Gallo della Checca, a truffle restaurant with its own Tartufaia as well as an osteria and wine shop since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small inland Ligurian village on the border with Piedmont. One does not arrive here by accident, but because of the gastronomic value of the address, which is certainly worth a special detour. As you cross the threshold of the entrance, you will find yourself immersed in a quaint rustic-elegant style setting, full of curious elements, from the piano to the tiled stove, from the collection of ceramic roosters to vintage and modern racing bicycles, a great passion of Chef and Patron Ugo Vairo. Veranda Necchi - Gambolò (PV)

Veranda Necchi, the restaurant of Villa Necchi alla Portalupa is the gourmet offering of the beautiful 19th-century estate of the same name that belonged to the Necchi Family, known for the production of famous sewing machines. To access it, you will walk through the Villa's spacious halls, and in summer you can choose to sit outside overlooking the park or in the comfortable indoor rooms.

The rooms are the result of a very careful renovation: furniture and decorative elements are the accessories that accompany visitors on the sensory journey offered by the restaurant.

At the Veranda Necchi restaurant you will be delighted by a cuisine of enormous suggestion and satisfaction in a setting that is distinguished by a refined and discreet elegance.

All of Antonio Danise's dishes are dispensers of emotions in a veritable tourbillon of quotations, memories and evocations that intrigue the senses.
You will explore the territory (Po Valley and more specifically Lomellina), thanks to a passionate search for the best small producers and the best raw materials, but you will also find the South and Campania, the Chef's homeland, with its unmistakable Mediterranean flavors and aromas.

This is precisely the "secret" of Villa Necchi: knowing how to elevate the suppliers to true artists, delicately and minimalistically styling the "works of art" they produce in order to make the most of them.

Supporting such a clear-cut and exciting philosophy is the Chef's perfect technique and a Room with a great desire to pamper, to give you an unforgettable experience.
