Jim is the traditional regional restaurant of the Sassella hotel, synonymous with hospitality in Grosio in Valtellina for more than a century.
Its name derives from the founder of the activity Giacomo Sassella, who was given a foreign nickname - precisely Jim - because of his long stay in Australia.
