Li Jalantuùmene - Monte Sant'Angelo (FG)

Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. Il Gallo della Checca - Ranzo (IM)

Il Gallo della Checca, restaurant, tavern and wine bar since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small town in the Ligurian hinterland on the border with Piedmont. Its Chef is Ugo Vairo.
Here you don't get there by chance, but it's an address that is worth a special detour.

Ugo Vairo and Renata Siboni run a place that can easily enter the customer's heart. The ingredients are all there: an elegant and refined but not plastered atmosphere, a "white glove" but also familiar service, an excellent cuisine well anchored to the territory.

Ugo Vairo's cuisine is based on safe technique and uncompromising raw material.

Thanks to the passion and expertise of Renata Siboni, it is drunk very well.
