Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Piano35 is the trendy restaurant opened in Turin in July 2016 on the thirty-fifth floor of the Intesa-San Paolo skyscraper designed by Renzo Piano: a unique place, surrounded by greenery in a bioclimatic greenhouse, overlooking the city with a breathtaking view from 166 meters high.
The Piano35 restaurant is worth a visit both for the spectacular location and for the virtues of a modern cuisine, based on the quality of the raw material and on a state of the art technique, conducted by a Chef of absolute prestige.


The dining room of the restaurant is spectacular for its modern "loft design" with glass and steel structures, parquet floors in warm natural colors and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with light from the 4 perimeter sides. The new artificial lighting has been cleverly designed to allow an optimal view of the city in the evening: low lights in the dining room with spotlights well centered on the tables.
