Il Gallo della Checca, a truffle restaurant with its own Tartufaia as well as an osteria and wine shop since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small inland Ligurian village on the border with Piedmont. The Nove Restaurant is located inside the magnificent Villa della Pergola, a refined relais overlooking the Gulf of Alassio, of which we publish a rich photo shoot in lemilleUnanotte.
The dining room has magnificent inlaid parquet floors and rich wood paneling.


Also on this occasion, at the Nove Restaurant, we experienced an exceptional gastronomic journey made up of suggestions and emotions, ranging from Liguria to Piedmont and France, between sea and countryside, in a balance of rare perfection.

Giorgio Servetto's cuisine is cultured and refined, and using citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and edible flowers from "I Giardini di Villa della Pergola" he recounts the flavors of his childhood, reinterpreting the dishes and recipes of the most authentic Ligurian tradition.
