Ristorante Nove - Alassio (SV)

The Nove Restaurant is located inside the magnificent Villa della Pergola, a refined relais overlooking the Gulf of Alassio, of which we publish a rich photo shoot in lemilleUnanotte.
The dining room has magnificent inlaid parquet floors and rich wood paneling.

Giorgio Servetto's cuisine is cultured and refined, and using citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and edible flowers from "I Giardini di Villa della Pergola" he recounts the flavors of his childhood, reinterpreting the dishes and recipes of the most authentic Ligurian tradition.
