Ristorante Buon Padre - Barolo (CN)

The Buon Padre restaurant since 1923 is a cornerstone of the Langhe cuisine in Barolo, as is an icon Maria Rosso Viberti, who has been preparing fresh pasta here daily since 1968.

At the entrance you will find the bar counter and some tables. The furnishings are typical and unchanging of an authentic Langa trattoria. The environments are fresh and pleasant but also rigorous and no-frills.

If you are looking for authentic quality Langhe cuisine, Buon Padre is the right place for you.
All dishes are a successful compendium of excellent raw materials and well done cooking, with a small concession to modernity given by the use of vacuum.
