Marco Polo - Ventimiglia (IM)

The Marco Polo restaurant, run for three generations by the Pani family, is located in a beautiful seafront position on the Ventimiglia promenade. San Genesio Ristorante - Castagneto Po (TO)

The San Genesio restaurant is located in a beautiful panoramic position on the Turin hills of Castagneto Po. The restaurant has a centennial history, and it is curious to find it in the historical archive of La Stampa magazine with a full-page article from 1936 in which the praises were already woven.

The interior is that of a noble country home, with a large dining room featuring large windows and a characterful wooden roof.
Tables are well spaced and the lighting is pleasant.

All the dishes we have tried are beautiful for the eyes and interesting for the palate, aimed at enhancing a choice raw material of the territory with combinations of perfect balance, to which is added some fancy Nordic citation (fermentation) and some oriental influence (spices) that are a significant added value.
