Il Gallo della Checca, a truffle restaurant with its own Tartufaia as well as an osteria and wine shop since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small inland Ligurian village on the border with Piedmont. Osteria Santa Maria - Abbiategrasso (MI)











The Osteria Santa Maria, run by a very young couple, is based in Abbiategrasso in a late 19th century building in the historic center.


Upon stepping through the entrance, you will be greeted by a warm and characterful environment, with the bar area and reception desk surrounded by wooden crates from Famous Manufacturers, the refrigerated wine cellar, and a beautiful red Berkel floor lamp. The two romantic rooms where you will sit have beams and exposed bricks. Very scenic is the lighting entrusted to circular elements suspended


The Osteria Santa Maria stands out and we like it for the environment, for the line of kitchen and for the young management, which knows how to transmit passion and enthusiasm.
The kitchen is worth of excellence products well selected and of the territory, prepared with great care and refined technique.
We drank very well thanks to the expertise and intuition of Alisia for the pairings.
