Casa Lanzafame - Carmagnola (TO)

Casa Lanzafame, a Sicilian fish restaurant, is located in Carmagnola, in a restricted traffic area accessible until dinner time. The exterior does not go unnoticed, vast and blazing with lights. The ancient 16th century building has been the subject of a careful and tasteful renovation. The rectangular main dining room overlooks the exteriors with large windows on one side and the internal courtyard on the other. The spaces are pleasant and well furnished. The side facing the kitchens hosts a couple of "table d'hôte" tables from which to watch the preparations and plating. In the charming outdoor area equipped with umbrellas you can relax with an aperitif. There is the aromatarium, rich, tidy and well cared for, a great resource for the kitchen. Pane Amore... Poderia - Casalbeltrame (NO)











Pane Amore ... Poderia, restaurant and shop, is located in Casalbeltrame within the complex of the Cascinale dei Nobili which houses the Ethnographic Museum of the "L Civel" agricultural tool.
The host Roberta Calza (Master in Gastronomic Sciences and Unisg Quality Products of Pollenzo and Sommelier Course Ais) wanted an alternative space for sharing whose motto is "Simplicity, Care and Joy".


The place is welcoming in its simplicity, with rustic furniture, lots of wood and a successful lighting.
Large shelves contain many bottles and many gastronomic excellences found around Italy, among which stand out the varieties of native rice.


The restaurant is a place marked by regional cuisine well executed, where you can also rediscover local preparations almost impossible to find as the Paniscia novarese and enjoy careful selection of meats and cheeses.

The light hand of the chef also proposes some fish dishes always trying to enhance the flavors of the primary ingredients.
As for Roberta Calza, a modern and educated host and Sommelier, the same taste with which she decorated the restaurant is revealed in her wine list and in her advices about which wines to match with the dishes on the menu.
