Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. The dining area is divided into a long, rectangular-shaped room, which is followed by a smaller, more intimate room. Campamac, Osteria Gourmet - Barbaresco (CN)











Campamac, Osteria Gourmet, is the modern gastronomic tavern opened in Barbaresco by Maurilio Garola, Chef of La Ciau del Tornavento, in partnership with Paolo Dalla Mora, a manager from Friuli with experience in large multinationals.
His name is an expression in Piedmontese dialect, used as an encouragement, which means "get in there"


As soon as you enter you will realize how much the definition of Osteria fits a little narrow to a place that stands out for a high-class interior design signed by the architect Fabio Ferrillo. The entrance with inlaid floors of black and white marble houses a small cocktail bar which is also a shop selling local products of excellence (all strictly zero-kilometer) that are served at the table. To the side and front, the two spectacular open kitchens.


The restaurant, which in name is an Osteria (gourmet ...) due to the easy formula, but is in fact a gastronomic restaurant with all the trimmings, boasts a remarkable interior design and an obsessive attention to all details.
The cuisine is rightly focused on the specialties of the Langhe tradition, but it "takes flight" with a very high quality grill and spit, which make the proposal unique.
