The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Campamac, Osteria Gourmet - Barbaresco (CN)











Campamac, Osteria Gourmet, is the modern gastronomic tavern opened in Barbaresco by Maurilio Garola, Chef of La Ciau del Tornavento, in partnership with Paolo Dalla Mora, a manager from Friuli with experience in large multinationals.
His name is an expression in Piedmontese dialect, used as an encouragement, which means "get in there"


As soon as you enter you will realize how much the definition of Osteria fits a little narrow to a place that stands out for a high-class interior design signed by the architect Fabio Ferrillo. The entrance with inlaid floors of black and white marble houses a small cocktail bar which is also a shop selling local products of excellence (all strictly zero-kilometer) that are served at the table. To the side and front, the two spectacular open kitchens.


The restaurant, which in name is an Osteria (gourmet ...) due to the easy formula, but is in fact a gastronomic restaurant with all the trimmings, boasts a remarkable interior design and an obsessive attention to all details.
The cuisine is rightly focused on the specialties of the Langhe tradition, but it "takes flight" with a very high quality grill and spit, which make the proposal unique.
