The Celestino restaurant and hotel is housed in a prestigious fifteenth-century house, one of the few preserved in the historic center of Piobesi Torinese, a town half an hour's drive from the Savoy capital.
The restaurant has been run since 1904 by the Leggero family, who over the years have handed down the memory of the typical Piedmontese cuisine and hospitality.
The large main room has been completely renovated with modern taste but the original barrel vaults dating back to 1458 are still present, plastered.
Great raw materials, a perfect mastery of cooking and beautiful dishes for a traditional cuisine presented in a modern guise, this is the synthesis of what we have experienced at Celestino.
A restaurant run in a family way for generations (we are now in the fifth!) With a long tradition not only of catering but also of butcher and food shop, a circumstance that makes itself felt in the quality of the offer. We are genuinely thrilled to have experienced a gastronomic experience of absolute value in its category.
