Salsedine - Torino











Salsedine is the new Turin adventure of Remo Presenza, historical patron of Mare Nostrum, who returns to the Piedmontese capital with an excellent fish restaurant after a long period in Abruzzo.
The restaurant is located in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Porta Palazzo market square.


The interiors are extremely personal, with grit floors antiqued with dark wax, wooden and vaulted ceilings, with hanging pots, paintings turned upside down and repainted on that side, sound-absorbing panels decorated with marine motifs, portions of the wall with plaster deliberately crumbled...


Salsedine stands out for its unmissable, rich, stimulating, cultured and refined gourmet seafood cuisine in an environment with a strong personality.
