Salsedine is the new Turin adventure of Remo Presenza, historical patron of Mare Nostrum, who returns to the Piedmontese capital with an excellent fish restaurant after a long period in Abruzzo.
The restaurant is located in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Porta Palazzo market square.
The interiors are extremely personal, with grit floors antiqued with dark wax, wooden and vaulted ceilings, with hanging pots, paintings turned upside down and repainted on that side, sound-absorbing panels decorated with marine motifs, portions of the wall with plaster deliberately crumbled...
Salsedine stands out for its unmissable, rich, stimulating, cultured and refined gourmet seafood cuisine in an environment with a strong personality. It will not take long to ascertain that Remo Presenza is animated by an irrepressible, contagious passion, first with the rite of command, then with the arrival on the table of a succession of dishes capable of astonishing. There is a pushed, almost maniacal search for the forgotten flavors of a fish of stratospheric quality, which entails as a corollary an extremely in-depth knowledge of the market opportunities. You drink very well thanks to a rich and complete card, with many goodies.
