The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. LangOtto Ristorante - Novello (CN)











LangOtto is the name of the gastronomic restaurant opened a few months ago by Chef Otto Lucà in Novello, in the heart of the Langhe. We like the sign, with the plate stylized for the "O" and the double meaning of the word "Novello" that can be interpreted as a locality or adjective. Crossing the threshold, you will meet the first of the contemporary works of art that decorate the restaurant, the two wall clocks "neither before nor after", the work of Nicus Lucà, which indicate one the hours the other the minutes.


The rectangular dining room overlooks the vineyards with a view that is as spectacular as it is unsuspected before entering.


Langhe and Piedmontese dishes cooked with French techniques: this is the synthesis of what we experienced at LangOtto, a new local in Langa led by a young, ambitious and motivated Chef. Otto Lucà, together with an excellent technique, possesses the not negligible gift of balance, which leads him to cook dishes built on a great raw material with simple and precise ideas.
