Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Locanda in Cannubi - Barolo (CN)

The Locanda in Cannubi is located on the road that leads from Alba to Barolo, the heart of the Langhe, right in the center of one of the most prestigious vineyards in Italy and in the world, which gives it its name.

Owned by the Tenuta Carretta farm and run by the Bertolini-Boggione family - a true institution of traditional Langhe cuisine - it is the result of the careful renovation of an 18th century farmhouse returned to its ancient splendor to offer a refined gastronomic proposal and a classy hospitality.

The splendid panoramic room is one of the local assets: taking a seat in front of the huge windows you will feel part of the landscape.

Alongside the inevitable traditional specialties, proposed in a contemporary key with extreme grace and respect, the kitchen offers some more "creative" preparations, all made with skill, technique and skill.
