The Connubio restaurant is located in Turin in the Crocetta area, easy to reach and with good parking facilities.
His name evokes the project of intertwining tastes and aromas, tradition and modernity, which animates the young Chef Paolo Cecchi and his girlfriend Ianira.
The only room, integrated by an enjoyable terrace to be used during the summer, has a rectangular development and light tones. The tables with wooden sheets embedded in resin are of great design, all unique pieces, served by chairs different from each other.
Paolo Cecchi is a young and talented chef, with clear ideas on how to offer a pleasant and personal gourmet cuisine, excellently played on the references to the two culinary traditions that represent his cultural background, the Piedmontese and the Tuscan one.
His dishes, often played on contrast, always use a few recognizable and perfectly harmonized ingredients, in the most authentic school of thought of the great Marchesi, with innovative combinations, measure and a pinch of audacity.
