Li Jalantuùmene - Monte Sant'Angelo (FG)

Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. The external walls with portions of light stone and the clean lines of the building integrate perfectly with the surrounding whiteness of the Junno district. The name of the restaurant, which in dialect means "The Gentlemen", is a true declaration of intent: to recall the elegance, honesty and elegance of times gone by, applying them to hospitality and service. Once you cross the threshold, the restaurant reveals its nature as a "home" characterized by a romantic and intimate atmosphere. La Nicchia - Cavour (TO)

La Nicchia restaurant and winery is located in the municipality of Cavour, in the province of Turin, in the center of the town. The restaurant is divided into two areas, the more informal winery with a rich offer of wines by the glass, and the actual restaurant, characterized by a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The main dining room, which dates back to 1700, is elegant and atmospheric, with terracotta and stone floors, wooden coffered ceilings, arches and walls with exposed bricks, a spectacular central column in Luserna stone with a capital, large round tables richly set and served by comfortable chairs dressed by Doma Kalé, a poor art sideboard-showcase and original halogen floor lamps arranged in succession.

La Nicchia belongs to the very limited list of Convivium's Heart Places: places where not only "you eat well", but you are surrounded by pampering and attention and you can relax in an absolutely pleasant environment.

The restaurant impresses us on every visit with its unmissable cultured, refined and fresh local cuisine in an environment of refined atmosphere.

The curious gourmet who entrusts himself to the guide of the patron Franco Turaglio will always find something new to learn about niche products and wines, Slow Food Presidia and food and wine curiosities.

Passion, competence, research and courtesy are the guiding motifs that animate the restaurant, one of the most engaging of all in the province of Turin.
