The Marcelin restaurant overlooks the main square of Montà, in the heart of the Roero wine-growing area, part of the Roero Expo complex, which also includes the Casa Americani hotel and the Art-è Cremeria.
The main room, warm and welcoming, boasts large spaces with well-spaced tables. Fitted with quality materials, it stands out for its highly polished dark parquet floors and sloping wooden ceiling which, together with the arched windows, formed the structure of the ancient artisan workshop from which the Marcelin restaurant takes its name. At guests' disposal there is a second room with fireplace, intimate and precious, whose back wall is decorated with verses by Carlo Cocito taken from "Myths, memories and rituals from my land".
Under the intelligent and motivated guidance of the patron Angelo Valsania and the expert management of the kitchen by the chef Andrea Ferrucci, the Marcelin restaurant has achieved a commendable stability that makes it an essential destination for every gourmet. We like Andrea Ferrucci's dishes for the right consideration of the territory, for the thoughtful creativity and for the perfect balance of the ingredients, all in a location of refined elegance.
