Ristorante Andrea Larossa - Torino

The Andrea Larossa restaurant, which moved to Turin in 2022 after years of success and recognition in Alba, enjoys a highly evocative location at the foot of the Turin hill. There are two entrances. The one from the private car park with direct access from Piazza Merano, a must and a real gem in the city, will take you directly to the dining room after you have parked your car. Trattoria Osteria Nuova dal 1909 - Carleveri (CN)

Since 1909, the Trattoria Osteria Nuova has been based in the tiny hamlet of Carleveri, Rocca de 'Baldi, in the family home of the owner Rosmilia Cravero.

It is a place strongly characterized by an infinite number of memories, whose dialect motto is "Bunimur", good humor regardless: the entrance is in fact reserved for happy people, as the name of the adjacent B&B suggests.

Rosmilia is very attached to the familiar objects of the past, a conservative with an innate sense of taste and recycling. The restaurant, furnished with vintage pieces, has three rooms in all. Here is the second, which has been enriched by the corner of the Bottega, which offers for sale niche products of the territory that cannot be found elsewhere.

The Trattoria Osteria Nuova represents a precious address of good food and "feel good" at 365 degrees.
Rosmilia Cravero has heart, passion and enthusiasm, clear ideas and a sure hand in interpreting them, and a particular predilection for "old" and recycled cuisine (nothing is thrown away).
