Hostaria Ducale is located in Genoa, in a very central area.

Once you enter, you will be struck by the tasteful and design furniture.

At the entrance with a corner bar stands a spectacular steam brazier with fake flames LED variable color. Just beyond, here is the only dining room with soft lighting, marble tables served by chairs and sofas, decorations and details of character between the elegance of black and the warmth of gold.


The kitchen is entrusted to Daniele Rebosio, a young chef who already boasts significant experience alongside great contemporary masters.


The patron Enrico Vinelli was able to find and wanted in his kitchens a young emerging Chef with experiences of absolute value next to great contemporary masters such as Alain Ducasse, Ferran Adrià and Davide Oldani and he was rewarded with resounding results: Daniele Rebosio is the author of original dishes rich in personality, which are further enhanced in the dining room by a Sommelier capable of surprising.
