Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Tota Virginia - Serralunga d'Alba (CN)

The Tota Virginia restaurant with adjoining 4-star hotel is located in a magnificent panoramic position in Serralunga d'Alba in the heart of the Langhe, among the prestigious Nebbiolo da Barolo vineyards.
It owes its name to the Antico Podere on which the complex was built.

The restaurant has a large main dining room with large panoramic windows and a summer terrace.
A prominent element is the air-conditioned cellar that occupies the entire back wall, a preview of the wonderful cellar in the basement.

Alberto Paglieri and Vivien Frau's cooking impresses with quality and balance: all dishes are enjoyable and "clean," with flavors that are clearly distinguishable and well matched.
It drinks beautifully, with food-wine pairings of great depth, harmony and elegance, thanks to the choices of patron Riccardo Baltrocco and Sommelier Jacopo Balma Venere from a superior Cantina.
