Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. Gianni D'Amato - Tellaro (SP)

The new venue with which Gianni D'Amato actually returns to his homeland is located in an enchanted corner on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.

The equipment unfolds on two delightful terraces, both with views and graced by the unmistakable taste of Fulvia Salvarani, the chef's wife and exquisite hostess.

An indoor dining room is used in the cold season.

The D'Amato Family, Gianni, Federico and Fulvia, represents for us a true institution of Haute Cuisine, to which we feel bound by a relationship that borders on affection.

A family that seemed to be kissed by good fortune and radiant success and in an instant, with the earthquake, found itself catapulted into an undeserved hell.

The D'Amato's have been able to pick themselves up with a strength and serenity that can only inspire admiration, and they have continued to ply at their best a craft at which they excel, delighting palates without ever complaining or putting themselves down.

Today Gianni can count in the kitchen on the happy hand of his son Federico, and together they form a formidable pair at the stove: on the one hand, the immense knowledge of a virtuoso and champion like Gianni, and on the other, the enthusiasm and fresh strength of Federico, who knows how to combine superfine technique, patience and humility in a mix that will make him the future D'Amato "on the shields."...

Their new adventure in beautiful Tellaro, in an exceptional panoramic setting, has the connotations of a Locanda, as simple as it is refined, and it is here that you will find in every fresh dish prepared according to the Market's offer that unmistakable touch that has made Gianni D'Amato a legend of great Italian catering.

The Cantina also deserves applause, thanks to the search for niche labels from the territory.
