Il Gallo della Checca - Ranzo (IM)

Il Gallo della Checca, a truffle restaurant with its own Tartufaia as well as an osteria and wine shop since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small inland Ligurian village on the border with Piedmont. La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini - Castiglione della Pescaia (GR)

La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini is an integral part of the magnificent L'Andana Resort complex in the Tuscan Maremma, just a few minutes' drive from Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.

You will reach it by driving along a long "picture postcard" avenue with cypresses and maritime pines nestled among vineyards.

There are two elegant rooms inside, tastefully decorated with a few rustic touches.

The restaurant represents an essential gastronomic stop for every gourmet, thanks to its cultured and refined cuisine, but also in a certain sense familiar and free-range, in a setting of refined elegance, like an aristocratic country house of yesteryear.

Many dishes are a tribute to Chef Enrico Bartolini's homeland, particularly those grilled to which a menu on the menu is entirely dedicated.
