Restaurant Spazio7 is housed on the second floor of the building that houses the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, a nonprofit institution that has been supporting contemporary art and the production of young artists in Turin since 1995.
Its modern and atmospheric spaces are constantly evolving just like the collections housed by the Foundation.
The dining room on the second floor, designed and built by Claudio Silvestrin, architect of the entire exhibition space, boasts minimalist décor, with a concrete floor and understated walls, one of which is made of Lecce stone, like the building's exterior facade.
The Spazio7 Restaurant is one of the "trendiest" gastronomic addresses in Turin, both for its location, a real full immersion in contemporary art in an environment with a very pleasant minimalist atmosphere, and for the cuisine of a young Chef with a prestigious curriculum.
From Chef Antonio Romano we appreciated the personality, elegance and recognizability of the dishes, which is accompanied by impeccable technique, the choice of excellent raw materials and the scenography of the presentations.
