Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Villa Garassino - Treiso (CN)

Villa Garassino is a very pleasant "Relais de Campagne" located in Treiso, in the heart of the Langhe, surrounded by the vineyards of Barbaresco.

The "Bistrovino" room is characterized by high ceilings with wooden beams, large full-wall shelves with bottles and a beautiful view of the rows of vines just opposite.

At Villa Garassino you will enjoy a local cuisine interpreted with care and very well presented, which exactly meets expectations.
Traditional dishes are made with excellent ingredients and perfect cooking.
Stefano Servetti's project, that of proposing a strictly traditional cuisine, but contemporary for cooking and serving, in a pleasant Relais de Campagne, after a short period of running-in can be said to be fully realized today.
The winery is strong in all the wines of Tenuta Carretta, Malgrà and Edoardo Miroglio, in addition to the best Barbarescos.
