Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Giappun - Vallecrosia (IM)











Giappun Restaurant, opened in 1918 by "Giappun," chef Roberto Lamberti's grandfather, has been run for more than a century by the same family.

It is located in Vallecrosia, a suburb of Ventimiglia, in a very central location, a stone's throw from Via Aurelia.


The interiors are pleasant and refined, with large tile floors with mosaic borders, a back wall that stands out in contrast to the light-colored rooms, packet curtains, and a few elegant tables that are well spaced and well set.


Giappun since 1918 is a treasured address to enjoy excellent traditional Ligurian cuisine, with the "must" of uncompromisingly fresh and quality fish offerings.

The chef boasts a lifetime at the stove, which translates into dishes with clean and precise flavors, with a few ingredients always perfectly paired.

Few frills and lots of proven substance to give guests a rich, mature and intelligent tasting experience.
