Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Lou Ressignon - Cogne (AO)

Lou Ressignon is a true institution of typical regional Aosta Valley cuisine in Cogne.

Founded in 1966 by ski instructor Arturo Allera, it is now run by his children Davide and Elisabetta.

The interior is mountain style, warm and cozy, with lots of wood and a fireplace.

The cuisine is absolutely traditional and makes use of the best local raw materials, all of exceptional freshness, offering a fine array of specialties that deserve to be tasted one by one.

From Davide Allera's kitchen come dishes that are impeccable and treated with love, not at all undermined by the restaurant's recurring sold-out numbers: a cuisine that knows how to give emotions, a witness and ambassador of the gastronomic culture of Valle d'Aosta and its aromas and flavors.
