Raiz, meaning Roots, is a new small quality Churrascaria recently opened in Canelli by an enterprising and motivated couple, he Brazilian she Piedmontese, a real bet, in our opinion a winning one, in the provincial town that is the capital of Moscato d'Asti.


The restaurant is small and well-maintained, air-conditioned and furnished with taste and personality.
