Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Pino Franzé's is a very fresh fish cuisine, treated with simplicity, harmony and elegance: tasty, rich and inviting dishes, which satisfy the appetite and invite you to return. Le Piemontesine - Igliano (CN)

Le Piemontesine, a hotel and restaurant, is located in Igliano, a tiny village in Alta Langa where the owners' great-grandparents Jérôme and Charlotte lived.

The Migottos have returned here from Paris, no less! He has worked his way up there working in some of the most distinguished restaurants, even 3 Michelin stars; she has been in the kitchen and dining room of major French resorts.

The Hotel is a new building erected on the ruins of an irretrievable rustic house, respectful of the aesthetic canons of the area, very bright thanks to a multiplicity of arched windows, and well cared for down to the smallest detail.

The restaurant is entered from the hotel lobby, which is large, airy and decorated in light hues.

The rectangular-plan dining room overlooks the garden, where aperitifs are served when the weather permits.

At Piemontesine you will experience the successful meeting of two cuisines, the French one well recognizable for its cooking techniques and the use of some typical ingredients, the Piedmontese one for the right presence of dishes hooked on local tradition.
Chef Jérôme Migotto possesses a particularly happy hand, and in his dishes you will find some tasty Mediterranean and Provençal elements that make them particularly sunny.
