Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. Le Piemontesine - Igliano (CN)

Le Piemontesine, a hotel and restaurant, is located in Igliano, a tiny village in Alta Langa where the owners' great-grandparents Jérôme and Charlotte lived.

The Migottos have returned here from Paris, no less! He has worked his way up there working in some of the most distinguished restaurants, even 3 Michelin stars; she has been in the kitchen and dining room of major French resorts.

The Hotel is a new building erected on the ruins of an irretrievable rustic house, respectful of the aesthetic canons of the area, very bright thanks to a multiplicity of arched windows, and well cared for down to the smallest detail.

The restaurant is entered from the hotel lobby, which is large, airy and decorated in light hues.

The rectangular-plan dining room overlooks the garden, where aperitifs are served when the weather permits.

At Piemontesine you will experience the successful meeting of two cuisines, the French one well recognizable for its cooking techniques and the use of some typical ingredients, the Piedmontese one for the right presence of dishes hooked on local tradition.
Chef Jérôme Migotto possesses a particularly happy hand, and in his dishes you will find some tasty Mediterranean and Provençal elements that make them particularly sunny.
